SC: 1. Do you think a 105 ms chart update interval is too fast for a quad core machine? It has 12 GB DDR-1600 memory. Processor speed of 3.7 GHz (up to 4.3 GHz turbo) and a video card with 8 MB of memory running two monitors. This machine has 14 charts open in Sierra of which 3 are for the Sierra Dom. However, the charts are high volume, like the NQ, CL, 6E and the ES. When I look at the performance, it is almost always below 20%. 2. Do you think a 250 ms chart update interval is too fast for a single core laptop computer running a 2.1GHz Intel Core i3-5015U processor, 6GB of memory, and integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400? This machine has 12 charts open of which 3 are the SC dome. These are for low volume symbols, like LE and NG. However, it does have GC gold charts on it which can be fast at times and high volume also. It almost always runs way under 50% when I look at the performance. If you think either interval is too fast please give me an idea what would be better. I read the info. on the website but thought I would ask your opinion also. SC charts are the best. Thanks in advance. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-07-12 21:14:46
