You did pay the 5 USD, but you did not activate the data feed here after you did that:

You need to do that and activate any exchanges you want real-time data for.

However, before doing that, make sure you understand CME policies:
Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included?

Do not activate the lower-cost CME exchange fees unless you have a supported trading account and Sierra Chart is connected to it.
