Thanks. I would expect to be able to load data for all the symbols that you are listing here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Futures, since I am paying for the data. You as a platform provider do not need to be worried about trading activity in any symbol since that is not the issue I am facing. Let me just load the data that are supposed to be availible. Let me please repeat my question - how do I get data for symbols that I am supposed to have according to this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Futures ? You bet I am not trying to download tick data for aluminium. Thank you in advance. |
