I may misunderstand your suggestion, but alerts will not be triggered unless there are in Intraday File Update List.
This is not true. This makes no difference. And we also do not know what particular type of alert you are referring to.sorry, I misunderstood. I was referring to drawings alert. These alerts will be triggered only if the chart containing drawings alert is open. Right? Could it be possible to get all symbols in the quote board updating automatically
They do now unless you have gone over the real-time symbol limit. You can increase the number of symbols here:https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures I suscribed to 100 symbols limits and I check a maximum of 40 symbols per day. Let me rephrase my question/suggestion: an alternative solution to my first post request: could you make possible to evaluate drawings alert with quotebard, ie: symbols which have drawings alert AND are in the quoteboard could get evalued without having the chart containing drawings alert open? For example, I set an alert with a ray line for AAPL in a chart. I change to another symbol. But I put APPL in the quoteboard. Without having the chart containing the ray line open on AAPL, alert from the ray line could get evaluated given AAPL is in the quoteboard. Given it seems difficult to implement a mark/line on a chart for Symbol alert (my 1st request), this feature could be a great alternative... implementing one of these proposed feature will be greatly appreciated |
