I do not understand why a senior tech is not looking into this and solving the problem with all the message log shown. here is todays
There is nothing for us to solve here. The Interactive Brokers system is very complicated. We do not know exactly what the symbol should be. Interactive Brokers will know best. And we also do not know whether you are following the instructions we have provided.

For example, did you do this?:
It is necessary to specify the "/" separator character in Trader Workstation which is used for the primary exchange. Refer to the following screenshot.

The problem is you have entered the symbol incorrectly. You need to use:
GDXJ-STK-SMART/ARCA
