We do not think option symbols with the TD Ameritrade API Sierra Chart supports are going to work. We have seen problems with this. You really need to use Interactive Brokers instead if you are interested in stock options. Not sure how implied volatility can be done. Sierra Chart does not have any direct simple support for that.
