This is really embarrassing. This is what we were told happened: Today's error which caused the internet outage has been fixed. Our internet network provider reported that the cable connection on their side fell loose and became unaligned which caused a breakdown of the connectivity toward us. We tried to respond as quick as possible for the relatively unusual error and less than 5 minutes we have activated our redundant internet connectivity for our entire network. 99% of our communications are running now normally on the main line. The rest 1% will be switched back today during the FX settlement period between 22h00 and 22h05 UK time. This switching usually not cause any outage to reach your server.
