Countdown Timer jumps between 12 and 21 seconds and then adds time to bar time for some of the contracts, but interestingly, not all. This has never happened before and I've changed no settings in SC or my computer. UPDATE: Problem had occurred for 2 hrs. Posted it on here, 10 minutes later, it now appears to be working.
