Sierra Chart is handling everything property and subscribing to the accounts and requesting the trading related data. If there is trading related data missing, it is simply because it is not being provided. We would not be really concerned about the account balance data. We can see the server is not providing that for one of the accounts and we sometimes see that wwith CTS. This is not unusual. We cannot help with that. The most important thing are the Trade Orders and Positions. If those are actually in existence, are they displayed?
