We waited about 20 minutes for you to accept the connection and you never did and then we decided to close team viewer. This there is no mistake about.

Btw, please see attached the Teamviewer Log for last night's session which started at 12:28 AM and ended at 1:18 AM with disconnection from your end. The log did show that you were connected to my PC at 12:28 but there was no activities in between 12:28 AM until 1:18 AM when you disconnected from my PC.
