Thank you. Lack of details is not disregard to you at all, we just have different jobs and we see things differently, that's all. At first sight, the extend line option did not display an extended line. It then appeared that it was only if the POC extension option was on. It took troubleshooting and was not obvious, an nor is it my job to do it, just as much as I don't ask you to trade for me as this is not your job. No disregard in there, just a fact. You clearly tend to be annoyed and feel offended easiloy and frequently, probably de to the volume of requests that you get, which is understandable, but there is no need to be sarcastic/arrogant, and this is really not a compliment. You guys are really good at what you do, and very reactive, and that is a compliment. |
