Could you add to the definitions of the Simple alerts how to do Bar time in seconds or more?

Also, if you have the answer for me now, it would help.

I had a question before about it and the answer I got was what I put "seems wrong". It actually worked b4 I downloaded the latest version, now its not even on the same minute, yet alone second.

I have a 1 sec chart, and when I write for the "Alert" for the "Color Bar base on Alert Condition" and want to determine the specific time, I add:
BARTIME > ((09*60+30.00)/(24*60)), BARTIME <= ((9*60+30.02)/(24*60)) ) for the first two bars (9:30:01, and 9:30:02).
When I use the semi colon (:), it didn't work. Only using the period(.) after 9:30____ gave me the seconds bar I wanted. (BTW: When I use 1 second bars with "Number of Trades per Bar", I'll even get more bars broken down (ie:9:30:02.085), so I would have to be MORE precise for those bars, which would be ??)

Anyway, what is the proper/accurate way to designate a 1 second bar (and more)? Just adding a dot to get to the next smaller increment isn't working.
Thank you.
