can you provide a return code to trading functions to advise API caller that the service server is not working - during daily break time or whenever (holidays) for example : when calling sc.xxxxExit(), xxxEnter(), sc.GetTradePosition - there should be a return code indicating that broker's server doesn't provide any trading services
