I am using Sierra to do market replay work with the CFD instrument UK Oil. I want to check that the volume information it is giving me is correct, I sometimes see volume values under 10 on minute charts, which seems somewhat low for an instrument that is supposed to be very liquid. I have the indicator Volume loaded on my charts. Is this measuring number of transactions or number or contracts? Can someone tell me if I am using the right indicator and if so does it have a multiplier? Is the data displayed the number of CFDs traded on the exchange or just through the FXCM customer base?
