My Sierra chart software is completely hanging ("not responding" message on upper title bar of window) when I start it up and I cannot use it at all. Is this when a Chartbook is being opened?If so, then refer to help topic 30.16: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails30.html#h30.16 It is best that you do not use this Chartbook. Start with one chart without any studies, to confirm there is no problem with that. Gradually increase the complexity of your set up until you determine what is causing the problem. In general the problem you are experiencing is doing things that are causing high CPU usage.
