The reason this is happening is because the RSI is referencing the internal true and correct "last" price of each of those chart bars. The last is not necessarily at the High or Low and you can verify this by using the Chart Values tool: Chart Drawing Tools: Chart Values/Crosshair In the next release, for finished Point Figure bars, we will move the last either to the high or low depending upon whether it is an up or down bar. So in effect, what you are seeing is technically correct but we are changing it in order to give a result which looks better but is less accurate.
