I'm experiencing the same issue. Noticing it's also on a weekend, not sure if that plays any role with connected services etc. Also tried disconnecting IB and connecting SC services, reconnecting IB etc. Edit-Refresh log is greyed out. All directions have been followed, I'm at a loss as to what I should do. |
