Are you using the same Spreadsheet Sheet from multiple Spreadsheet Studies within the same chart? If so, that is not going to work right at all. This is either vague, or not correct: You cannot use multiple instances of the same-named spreadsheet file in the same chartbook.
It is not possible for there to be multiple instances of a spreadsheet file to begin with. Are you referring to multiple instances of the Spreadsheet Study using the same Spreadsheet file within the same Chartbook? If so, there is no problem with this that we are aware of.
