Dear all at Sierra, I have a free trial account actually and I have done a payment to be able to receive the 5 USD CME data via Sierra Exchange data fee. It seems that I am too stupid to connect to the data feed. How can I do this, since I have no information on the account of the 5 USD real time data CME 14 days trial.
