My comment was related to the tickets being locked. I have had the same problem every day. I will keep asking the questions until I get them resolved. These are all real problems. I have 15 symbols loaded in my chart. I closed the "quoteboard" I don't know what the quoteboard does except provide real time quotes, as I don't see a way to click on a symbol and pull it up in a chart. Disconnecting and reconnecting seems to eventually get the data to restart. I spend a lot of time every morning trying to get this running. |
