I understand this is your product but you don't have to be so defensive about the errors all the time. It comes across ridiculously childish. No other software providers act like you do.
The problem is we are hearing too much of a complaint rather than just providing a simple explanation of the problem. Sierra Chart does work very well and the documentation is clear.

The issue is either there is some connectivity problem or some misunderstanding about the instructions.

And there is no one else providing the level of quality support that we do. It simply does not exist.

It does not matter how other software providers act. That means nothing to us. We will always be the very best and do things right.
