Well it looks like you are going to have to 'If you follow those instructions, you are not going to have any problems with the historical data unless you have some kind of connectivity problem. It is that simple. If you want us to call and use remote assistance to go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download for you, we can do that' and sit there and wait to see that it does not download correctly. I understand this is your product but you don't have to be so defensive about the errors all the time. It comes across ridiculously childish. No other software providers act like you do. |
