. I have also downloaded the files from the 'Data' folder and reset Sierra chart for it download automatically that way,
We do not know what is meant by this. There is nothing you have to do in this regard.We do not have anybody who is having the kind of problems that you do on an ongoing basis. And when we called you about one of these data issues, our understanding of the particular problem you were showing us at the time is you just did not scroll the chart back to see the historical data. The basic procedure to resolve this issue: It goes from 2015 all the way to October 2016, then gaps to today. I don't know what on earth is going on here and why it is so inefficient
