The message from CTS is very clear. You need to work with your broker on this. The relevant settings are Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Server, Username, Firm. You need to let your broker know about this: Symbol Error - NQ.20170600.CME_Eq is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. CTS FIX: Received market data reject: Trial period has expired | 2017-04-19 14:49:15
Definitely do not reinstall Sierra Chart. That is not going to solve the problem at all. It is totally unrelated. with a new user & password Are you referring to a new Sierra Chart username or a CTS username?
