What we want you to do is to go to the chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. If there still is missing data, then provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog If there has been a complete failure of data downloading, then the chart would initially go blank. But we will see what the problem is.
