I’m having difficulty with Pitchfork’s “Enable AB Connecting Line” and “Enable AC Connecting Line”. I can’t get it to draw the line between anchor point A and B or C), plus sometimes it causes Sierra Charts to crash.
Update to the current version of Sierra Chart through Help >> Download Current Version. We think the problem causing the abnormal shutdown is resolved but we do still see some abnormal behavior and we will get that resolved today. On a side note, please is it possible to force the “Pitchfork Properties” (and other dialogue boxes) to remember its last position on the screen instead of always opening in the middle of the screen and obscuring view when making multiple adjustments?
