We actually realize the text in parentheses is from Sierra Chart, but Trader Workstation is giving an unknown symbol identifier. We have no idea why and do not ask. We do not know the answer to the question. Please do not bother us about that. However, we realize what the problem is. You are using the wrong symbol.
