For the record, we cannot be in a position where we are relied on to respond to a trading issue urgently. You need to rely upon your broker and the CTS web portal: https://cts.t4login.com/livetrader/login.aspx When we developed this new CTS connection model, it was developed consideration to the fact that users have an alternative way to access their account so there is not an absolute reliance Sierra Chart systems. You should be able to login and access your account that way and see your positions. If you notice a discrepancy, between what you see in Sierra Chart and the account data through T4 Web trader, then let us know and we will look into it.
