I would like to reactivate my account using level 5. Additionally I would like to switch brokers from Interactive Brokers to Gain Capital (Forex.com). Please review our last support ticket #1440547126626 from August 26, 2015. If it is still possible, I would like to take you up on your offer. Below is a copy of the support ticket. If I need to purchase some new time to start, please let me know. Thereafter I will do annual time purchases at renewal. If I need to start a completely new account due to switching brokers, please let me know. I’m assuming I can just follow the Sierra Chart setup instruction.

It is not technically possible to issue a refund after six months. And also as a policy, we do not issue refunds after 60 days.

If you think you may use Sierra Chart sometime in the future, you can just let us know at that time and we can extend your account by the unused time.

I'm currently no longer trading thus I do not need my current Sierra Chart level 5 platform. The current 12 month subscription has a remaining usage end date of December 1, 2015. Is it possible to obtain any refund on the unused portion of the subscription?
