We want to confirm the problem to make absolutely certain it is not an issue within Sierra Chart. Although we are quite certain about this though. The attached screenshot shows a picture of the Rithmic bridge program. Every time you select Trade >>Refresh Trade Data from Service you will see a line indicating the number of open orders. How many open orders are indicated at the time you see the orders disappear? And how many open orders are you instead actually expecting?
