Yes it does appear that the transaction did not go through. How many months do you want to pay for Sierra Chart usage time? And we will send you a PayPal payment request. We will have a solution for payment processing directly with the US towards the end of the year. Currently it is not legally possible because we are not incorporated in the US. Even if we did use a payment processor in the US, they would clear it through a foreign country anyway since we are not in the US .
