When you say "keeps shutting down", are you referring to the connection to the data feed being lost, or Sierra Chart abnormally shutting down and exiting? This shows a lost connection to the data feed due to a connectivity problem between Sierra Chart on your system and the server: DTC Client (33) | Close event error.
