For reasons unknown to me, I seem to be unable to renew my subscription to Sierra Charts. Having trouble with my credit card transaction through your Iceland (!) Bank. My own bank even questioned, by text message, if I actually made the transaction. I responded correctly. This has never happened to me before. I have 2 days remaining. This is a terrible way to do business. What do you recommend?
