After executing a symbol rollover for a chart with the Spreadsheet System for Trading applied, I am unable to get the chart and sheet connected again. My sheet shows that it’s linked to chart #2 which is correct, but the symbol in the sheet has not been updated to the one shown in chart #2. The sheet has been renamed “AutoTrading” and also shows the previous contract in cell J40. When I attempt to select the sheet in the Spreadsheet System for Trading it expects a sheet number, but since my sheet has been renamed there is no number shown. Entering numbers (1-4 for instance) in the “Chart Data Output Sheet Number” settings field results in the creation of a new sheet, not the linking of the study to my existing “AutoTrading” sheet. Restarting the program has no effect. Is there a way to get this spreadsheet reconnected to the chart or do I have to delete and reapply the spreadsheet study each time the symbol changes?
