We now see you have set the Service to Barchart: Current selected Data/Trading service: Barchart | 2017-03-08 07:24:01 Do not use this service! You cannot use that service directly when you have enabled the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. It is incompatible. You never have been accessing the actual Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed when you have been using that setting. How long have you been using that setting? Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service must be set to SC Data-All Services.
