We now know what the problem is. There is a communication problem from Sierra Chart on your system to the Barchart historical data server. Most likely this is caused by a firewall. Another user had the same problem yesterday and this is what they said: You mentioned that it appeared to be a "communication problem" with my computer, so I disabled avast antivirus while loading charts. Now it works. Must have been an update with avast that caused issue. Weird behavior because forex charts and some continuous futures charts would load fine, while others would get hung-up. Will just disable avast for now when loading future charts. Thanks for your help, have a great weekend!
