We want you to update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease to reinstall the Rithmic files. Here are instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Make sure you install the "Prerelease". If you are still having a problem our recommendation is to contact your broker and have them move you off of the Rithmic trading platform service and have them instead use CQG or CTS. Otherwise, it is going to be hard to resolve this "OS error". It can be many things and we have no control over that.
