So this is somewhat confusing. The documentation says that if i'm getting Sierra through a broker i do not have my own Sierra account. I am receiving Sierra through AMP. However, when i tried to create an account i found i do have a Sierra account and the account credentials Sierra sent me show the same Account Name as that which i'm currently using. Can I assume that by merely selecting Add Credit and adding money to the account that the existing set up will stay in place when i end service with AMP? Additionally, i saw in the documentation that i can pay for an entire year at a reduced rate. The payment page doesn't appear to show that option. How do i pay for a full year at the lower rate? |
