Hi customer service, I have opened a demo account with LMAX. Their message this morning was "Your demo has been enabled to trade via SierraChart platform. Now you simply need to use your demo account user name and password." I have tried to connect via LMAX Trading FIX demo server with the credentials given but no success. See attachment. When I try LMAX Demo Trading DTC , no option to introduce user or password is enabled. I also attach the message log. Looking forward to your reply to fix the issue. |
