I solved the "problem" by myself. I copied the "Sierra3.cfg" from the PC to laptop and now I have the same description text (included period). Makes no sense to us why this would matter. We have no explanation as to why there would be a difference if both instances were connected to CQG. When connected, the description changes to what is provided by the data feed.
