We might be getting lost in the terminology. Not sure. Anytime after 3:30pm central time works fine if we schedule it. I'm not looking to write indicators or studies. I'm looking to algorithmically trade equity options with Interactive Brokers. Attached is a visual example of what this looks like with an option trade on an AAPL option in Tradestation. Notice that the underlying AAPL stock price is in the bottom chart and the option prices are shown to the right of the top chart. The particular strategy is a day trading strategy which trades the option based on changes in the underlying, and puts the coresponding markings on the chart.
