If there is a chart bar which is not correct, then we need to know the actual values of that bar you are seeing. Use the Chart Values tool to select that bar. Here are instructions: Chart Drawing Tools: Chart Values/Crosshair Once you select that bar, then deactivate the Chart Values Tool by left clicking on the chart over that bar. Select Edit >> Copy Chart Values. Paste the values here so we can look. You must also tell us the time zone the chart is set to. Refer to: Time Zone Setting The first thing you need to do is to disable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >> Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock so that it is false. If we determine the problem is with the CQG data feed and there is nothing we can do to solve it, then we will refuse to answer further questions about this.
