Hi Wrt above conversation and as per your suggestion, I did a payment of 150 USD on Date-Time: 2016-09-26 05:58:34 UTC (i.e. 25 USD * 6 = 150 USD) So, the end usage date becomes somewhere around 26-28th March, 2017. But I am getting a system notification message saying: Your service balance of 12.68 USD is too low to renew the services and I need a balance of 34 USD. Kindly explain the disconnect because even after 28th February, 2017, I should have a balance of 25 USD!!! Thank you! |
