im done , I never seen this level of disrespect from a service ,
At this point in time this may not mean anything to you, but the basis of our statements in post #2 is that we do not want you to be bothered by this problem. So our statements were actually out of respect to you. We want you to stay on the prior version that was stable for you. We are aware that their potentially still is a problem in the latest pre-releases. And it is a top priority for us to get this resolved. We are actively working on it now. More support board postings is only a bother to us.And in the original thread, which you should have posted in rather than starting another support request which is more of a burden upon us, we did state that there was a new version available which may solve the problem but we were speaking to another user and we prefixed our message with their username. So we did not want you to try it. It is most efficient for us just to work with a single user or two on this because we do not want other users burdened with a problem and us being bothered with more reports. We have standardized procedures to work through these problems as efficiently as we can. So this may not sound polite, but we just want you to stay out of it for now please. If you are having a problem with 1510, we want you to go back to an earlier release which is stable for you.
