I answered from your last response which seemed to be sending me to the interactive scale compress/expand menu which I'm familiar with. I've described what I'm trying to do which is more like dealing with chart range. Again, I would like to use an automatic setting. Is there a way to use automatic scaling (range as you seem to be saying)so bars stay in view, but just add a couple of ticks to the upper and lower spaces that bars go (meaning they don't go right to the upper and lower edges before moving to the next bar). The only studies I have on my charts are moving averages and no other studies below the chart.
