i understand about custom studies , but the point of the matter is i open 1508 with chartbook , non issue , i open 1510 and above and all kinds of issues ,so in basic logic that tells me its a build issue , maybe with a study sure but still a build issue . beleive me im not wasting ur time or mine by posting , i am simply looking for solution . i am a big asset to your business wheather you know who i am or not , and i just want a little more service , then just pushing it off on something else
