In regards to post #2 and 5 above, our conclusion at this point is that this is not an issue on our server. Instead a network issue somewhere on your side. The only other report we have a problem is from Germany. We have now extensively looked at this for about an hour and we see no indication that the problem is on our server other than a few second delay with EUREX symbol GG. This delay is occurring on the Barchart side. In about two weeks will be switching to a different EUREX data feed which should eliminate this kind of issue.
