There is one problem that we are aware of and that is that when you activate a Sierra Chart exchange data feed trial and then you deactivate it and prevent your account from activating exchange, only an administrator can reactivate the trial. We are going to give the user the ability to reactivate the trial also. And we will also look over the error message displayed when you try to activate an exchange when there is a pending cancellation of the account at the end of the month which is the case with you deactivating the Real Time Data Connection.
