If you guys think its frustrating to receive an overabundance of calls relating to the subject of Futures data - you should try being a first time user trying to navigate your docco and progress with no help.
As you make it plain this is a massive frustration for the majority of your staff who would rather focus on the technical side of your business, please take this as a constructive criticism/suggestion that better quality process docco that has been walk through tested by a virgin user would reduce your enquiry overhead significantly. One thing to be aware of is that when you deactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed "Real-time Connection" like you did, that prevents you from being able to activate an exchange and when you do you will get an error message. You also need to sign the agreement as we said. And beside each exchange that you can activate, there is a link to sign the agreement. And it indicates that is required. Let us know what exchange you want activated we will do that for you but you first need to sign agreement that we linked to in the prior post. If you want the NASDAQ exchange, then the fee is 10.5 USD per month. There is no trial. Also in regards to our comments about futures data, that is very valid.
