OK I figured out why you were confused by my request - same reason why I got confused too. Some of the terminology that SC used during the development of the Numbers Bars and the Numbers Bars Calculated Values studies is ambiguous.

Specifically, in the Numbers Bars study the "Ask Bid Vol Difference" text corresponds to the horizontal deltas at each price level instead of the difference between the Ask Volume Total and the Bid Volume Total for the entire bar, which is also called "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference" in the Numbers Bars Calculated Values study.

So "Ask Bid Vol Difference" (Numbers Bars study) does not equal "Ask Volume Bid Volume Difference" (Numbers Bars Calculated Values study) even though both variable names covey the same meaning in natural language.

That's all right, I wasn't expecting you to spend an inordinate amount of time on this or any of my future projects because I know you are all very busy doing a fantastic job over there. Besides, I now realize that nothing extra would have been gained from it mathematically.

Finally, you wrote: The reason this has gotten delayed is because the request is inherently confusing and unclear. In the future, I would recommend that you do not sit on a client's request that you find confusing and instead contact the client immediately for further clarification - the burden should be on the client, not you.

Thank you.
